Preschool

Fundamental skills are built in language and math as well as studies in science, social studies, music, art and Bible. Special activities develop social skills such as sharing with others and table manners. Music and movement are utilized to increase attention span and develop small and large motor skills.

Two Year Old Program (Bears)
  • Bible Lessons include Creation, Noah, Boy Samuel, Daniel, Boyhood of Jesus, Zacchaeus and the Good Samaritan Language Arts
  • Language Development and listening skills that include color words, shapes and animals, transportation, countries, community helpers, health, safety, manners and science.
  • Numbers Simple Counting 1 – 25 and Number Concepts 1 – 10
  • Fine Arts Music/Arts & Crafts
Three year old Program (Giraffes & Tigers)
  • Bible Lessons include Creation, Noah, Boy Samuel, Daniel, Boyhood of Jesus, Zacchaeus and the Good Samaritan
  • Language Arts Recognition of name, sound and picture for short vowels and consonants/Formation of vowels and consonants in upper and lower case/Language Development and listening skills that include color words, shapes and animals, transportation, countries, community helpers, health, safety, manners and science.
  • Numbers Simple Counting 1 – 30/Number Concepts 1 – 15
  • Fine Arts Music/Arts & Crafts
Four Year Old Program (Zebras & Lions)
  • Bible Lessons include Creation, Noah, Boy Samuel, Daniel, Boyhood of Jesus, Zacchaeus and The Good Samaritan (includes memory verses and hymns/choruses)
  • Language Arts PHONICS AND READING- Recognition of name, sound and picture of long and short vowels and consonants/Sounding of blending and one and two vowel words/Reading of sentences and stories with one and two vowel words.
  • MANUSCRIPT WRITING- Formation of letters, blends, words and sentences/Writing of first name
  • POETRY- Thirteen poems committed to memory
  • LANGUAGE- Language Development and listening skills that include colors, shapes, animals, transportation countries, community helpers, health, safety, manners and science
